Frequently Asked Questions

It is important to disclose all allergies. Materials and products may contain ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction. If you have health conditions, please inform the spa when booking any services. Certain services will exacerbate health conditions and should be avoided.

It is our goal to provide you with the best experience at the spa. Therefore, appointments are always recommended for all services. Walk-ins will be accepted depending on availability.

Please notify the spa 2-hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 100% full payment for services not canceled in the time allotted.

Prices are subject to change. Prices may vary from website or menu of services. Please ask the price of your treatment before you book.

We gladly offer exchanges for retail purchases only. No refunds for any purchases or services.

Spa robes are provided at the time of your arrival to the spa. Make-up will be removed for all facial services. Jewelry is also asked to be removed. Vanish Medi Spa is not responsible for the loss of any valuables.

Services are provided to pregnant women. Consult with your doctor before booking an appointment or receiving any services.

Private parties are welcomed. All spa services rendered will be charged. No rental fee for the facility. Outside food is allowed. Contact the spa to book your spa party experience.

Spa Etiquette

Please shave at least eight hours prior to service.

Sun exposure is not recommended before or after any waxing service.  Hair should be at least ¼ inch before waxing services.

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your service and based on availability could be rescheduled. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. First time guests, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow enough time to complete regimen form.

Cellphone use and conversations are permitted in the lobby only. Please set your mobile devices on “silent” mode.

If you are under the age of 18, parental supervision is requested when having any service. Services are not performed on children under the age of 12.

Children are precious! However, to ensure a tranquil environment for all clients, we kindly ask that children remain at home.

We accept all major credit cards, cash and gift certificates purchased at Vanish Medi Spa. Gratuities are not included with gift certificates. Offers may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other special, discount, group or promotional rates.

Esthetician gratuity is not included in the price. Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion and appreciated by the staff for outstanding service.

Questions on services and products are encouraged. Communicate with your esthetician if you require extra attention or experience discomfort in any area.
